March 25, 2023 - 4th Saturday Brown Bagger (R&D’s): Double blind. Light color. Smoky; nicely oaked with a bit of toast supporting an abundance of apple and citrus fruit. Full-bodied, with flavors of apple and mineral. Similar to the first wine, but with a bit more cut. My favorite of the warm ups.
