October 8, 2022 - Best of three bottles so far. Attractive nose with ripe fruit with some texture and good acidity. Paired well with chicken and vegetable stir fry. Served at 15 degrees which might explain the excellent showing.

July 26, 2022 - 2020 SpearHead Pinot Gris Golden Retreat Vineyard (Okanagan)
The honeysuckle and lime fragrance is the perfect opening act for a rainbow of flavours ranging from citrus (lime and lemon) to stone fruit (peach and apricot) and even some tropical spice (pineapple). Great balance and length. The predominant impression is crisp freshness despite the oily mouthfeel and “fat finger” pinch of residual sugar. This wine stimulates conversation AND salivary glands. Hope you a-Gris.
Food pairing:
A fair fee Gris for Brie…or serve with peri peri prawns and pool noodles.
