July 1, 2022 - (Dinner at Via Graça) structured, crisp, juicy, lifted backbone. Citrus freshener, herbaceous and delightfully textural. Softer than expected, slightly feral, interesting palate. Finishes with beeswax and honeysuckle. An enjoyable wine with some complexity. Great w the lobster, prawn, crayfish combo.
