  September 13, 2023 - Pale lemon colour. Small and lazy bubbles. Medium and developing nose with green apples, lemon, biscuit, toast and wet stone. Medium taste of green apples, peach, apricot, lemon, biscuit, toast, butter and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Riesling Sekt. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with fish or shellfish.
