  November 18, 2023 - Not at all a flawed wine in any sort of way but I was definitely let down by how light this Barolo was. Almost to the point of tasting watered down. Yes it still had the usual flavors and aromas of sage, rosemary, roses, dried fruits and cherries along with nice grippy tannins. However, the flavors were so light, a wine so delicate, that it didn’t quite hold up to a light dish pasta. Not memorable and unfortunately very disappointed with the price that was paid even if I didn’t get to pay the tab.

  December 28, 2022 - (Al Bomba)
  Une couleur incroyable, comme j’aime, rubis et claire, légèrement évoluée (reflets orangés), brillante et cristalline. Le nez ensuite est d’abord très pur, délicat, entre fraise cerise et rose, d’une grande délicatesse avec ses épices et l’hibiscus. A ce stade, les papilles salivent !
  En bouche, l’attaque est tout en douceur, le soleil envahit le palais, délicatement, apportant son flot de parfums déjà annoncés. Ensuite le vin resserre sur une finale acidulée flanquée de tanins encore un peu jeunes. Il lui faudra une bonne heure pour s’assagir et délivrer sa structure tout en finesse et en nuances.
  L’archétype du vin digeste et profond, charmeur et racé.

  La bouche est aérienne, avec une belle structure, c’est tannique, mais fin, long, avec de la classe. La ballerine avec un gant de boxe! 92 pts
