deep red to garnet to brick, age coming through
red fruit, blue fruit, dried figs, olives, cedar, mushrooms
medium acid
medium plus alcohol
Red fruit, dried fruit, cedar on tbe palate
somewhat fine tannin, between clay and fine, not quite silk
no sugar, no co2
