April 14, 2023 - Leonetti’s best Cabernet in some time. Sophisticated, elegant, absolutely delicious. It’s really young, of course, but the foundation is in place for something truly special. I’d love to try this again in 5-10 years.

December 4, 2022 - Deep-dark reddish-purple in color; essentially opaque. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, blackberries & cassis with overtones of floral & earthy/dusty notes, spices, herbs, some cocoa notes, anise, leather & a hint of vanilla/oak in the background. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, blackberries & plums with spices, cocoa, herbs, minerals & a hint of vanilla/oak. Long lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing (90 min.+) but will benefit from & develop further with additional aging.
