December 3, 2015 - Cellared since release. Coppery color that with (long) time changed to brass. But no worries about freshness here. Firm, pure, fresh, full-bodied, oily with citric and tropical fruit flavor combinations. Outstanding. Will still last, but no further upside foreseeable.

July 20, 2015 - Big and ripe - lychee, bacon, peach, spice, thick. Finish is bitter - brothy, peach pit. Nose - 4.5/6, Palate - 3.5/6, Finish - 3/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 0.5/2 - 11.5/20.
