from varied Mediterranean soil types with garrigue limestone,
schist and gravel under biodynamic viticulture.
Machine harvest at respective optimal ripeness.
De-stemmed, cooled down to 8°C, and pressed using only
first run juice. Settled for desired aromatic profile.
15-30 day fermentation. Bottled early after light fining.
13% Abv.
Original bottle creation with "Rose" base by a young designer
from the Ecole Boulle.

A(ccuray)=2: Pale salmon/peach. Delicately elegant aromatics.
B(alance)=2: Modulated components with adequate structure.
C(omplexity)=2: Berries, currents, flowers, mineral.
D(epth)=1: Lifted mouthfeel. Compact palate and bit saline finish.
