  July 30, 2023 - (Probably from the late 1980s)
  Golden yellow colour with a stream of fine bubbles slowly rising in the glass showing milk chocolate, cream and lime citrus acidity in a very pleasant way. Smoothing lime citrus acidity with a creamy mid and a pleasant lime zest and honey sweetness combination on the pleasant finish.
  (Still showing very well with 30 years extra cellaring)
