July 14, 2021 - Wonderful nose of apples and pears (just perfectly ripe), some lemon and wet stone plus a nice herbal touch. On the palate the Les Chasseignes has a brilliant, creamy texture (it spent some time in used tonneaux) and it elegantly oscillates between fruity, herbal and almost salty notes. Very good!
