Community Tasting Notes 7

November 11, 2023 - After drinking the firm's vin de France "Liberty" of the same vintage, which was expressive and elegant, I was expecting more of this bottle and I got a bit disappointed. The nose was quite muted with only bread and baking spice aromas coming through and a lot of VA. That didn't change with time in the glass nor the second day. Mouth feel was full, given the 15 percent alcohol, fresh and the aftertaste was long and acidic. This is by no means a bad wine. It's maybe going through a dull phase. I hope..

February 26, 2023 - Nez discret sur la réglisse. Un peu de fruit rouge à l'aération. Délicieuse bouche fruitée avec une superbe acidité. Tannins bien fondus. Très belle longueur.

August 19, 2022 - (SYP) Double blind. Decanted for 15 mins. Guessed CDP straight away.
A pungent, lactic nose of ripe blackberry and a whiff of herb. Bold and chewy.

July 11, 2022 - Plums and garrigue nose. Very tight structure and somewhat awkward tannins. Hard to evaluate on a sensory level, but a solid wine.
