October 22, 2023 - My last two and drank in the perfect place accompanying our Sunday rib of beef.
Would hold up for another couple of years but doubt there would be any benefit to be gained.

December 5, 2021 - Medium ruby. The nose is open, nice and fresh, with red cherry, red and blue fruits, but also a bit of oak and vanilla still to be absorbed. While pleasant enough, it could do with a bit more time. Palate is well balanced and fresh, with bright red and blue fruits, silky, creamy with a hint of herbs and spices. While ready to drink, this is still on the primary side, with tannins still present but well integrated and I expect this wine will gain another point or two as the nose absorbs the oak and it gains some secondary and tertiary notes.

Lasting impression : A well made wine with red fruits and plum, and a silky creaminess and vanilla that I tend to associate with new world

November 11, 2021 - This is everything I hoped for after a few months to settle in my cellar.
Viscous envelope. Dense blackcurrant, charred oak, liquorice and dry pepper spice. All perfectly integrated and in balance.
On its plateau now and for 10yrs?+ from vintage.

March 12, 2021 - Needs a bit of settling time in my cellar to give full assessment nonetheless packed with CF blackcurrant, charred oak and liquorice spice. Just a bit shook up!
    Expecting a 91+ mark.
