August 19, 2022 - Textured, buttery, silky, still maintaining vibrancy with fresh acids. Fruit is mango/pineapple/some citrus. Not flabby or fat but a nice Chardonnay with a bit of additional weight and ripeness. Solidly balanced, great for the money.

February 1, 2022 - A base level Chardonnay, aged for 6 months in FR oak small barrels. Straw colour. Aroma of lemon peel, peach, apples, nectarine, flinty and stoney hints. Palate is lively l, zesty, round and soft with balanced crisp citrusy acidity, touch of creaminess, flavours in sync with aroma profile.

December 10, 2021 - light lemon colour, shiny, very good. nose: high intensity; apples, lemons. melon, crisp peach; plus some sweeter caramel notes - anyway good balance. taste: high acidity; crisp apples, lemon, pomelo, melon, ripe peach, papaya, mango; rich and fresh; medium body; medium (+) finish.

December 8, 2021 - No Worries (Heartfelt tribute to the struggle of unarmed Aussies against tyranny); 12/3/2021-12/8/2021 (Alicante - España): Screw cap. Pale, diluted yellow colour. White fruit, mainly apple and pear, with some note of melon and also mint, perhaps eucalyptus. Far away from any complexity anyway. On the palate it is slightly glyceric, softie and not very long. Fortunately, wood isn't very present. Impossible to match with an intense Cabrales cheese.
