Community Tasting Notes 2

February 6, 2024 - Its big, and super gutsy. Monumental. Doesn't taste like anything in particular, just big black red wine.

February 5, 2023 - Nose of rhubarb pie, cherry pit, and bark. Dark fruit layers on the palate, adding dark chocolate, sassafras, and plenty of acidity. Chewy tannins, fleshy plum, and earthier red fruits mix with baking spice and cinnamon stick on the finish. This has the acidity and tannins to age further. Give it another year at least. 91+ points.
