July 12, 2023 - Tasted after 1 hour of air. Zippy lime fruit. Excellent balance. Plenty of verve. Good hit of mineral. Love Saul's wines.

September 29, 2022 - Tasted after 90 minutes of air. Really continue to be impressed by these wines. Saul treats this varietal as it should be and not some afterthought like so many other Oregon Pinot Blancs. Lively acidity that dances on the palate and urges and teases you to figure out what is going on here. A cerebral experience. Great depth of flavor here. Some stone fruits. It just keeps moving on from strength to strength.

September 16, 2022 - Tasted after 45 minutes of air. Still tight and needs time. Some lime on the palate. Zippy acidity. Some real depth to this. Quite an interesting blend. Really expands on the mid palate and finish. Plenty of mineral and saline. Finishes clean. An excellent QPR.

July 1, 2022 - Putting on some weight and drinking fabulously.
