April 24, 2023 - A monument of green oil. Bittersweet. Gripping steel. Rose. Lithic plantain. Candied ginger. Brutal alcohol efficiently bound with pointed acidity.

September 24, 2022 - Much too young. Tasted over 4 days, but still. Typical Brand, has a dark, smokey side too it, very pronounced acidity; I prefer Sommersberg, but nothing wrong with this, certainly.

July 23, 2021 - Excellent! Far too early to be drinking this really, but lovely all the same. Full, complex rich with petrol notes. I'm sure this will last, but it'll be a struggle keeping Mrs H from opening the rest in a hurry...
