Community Tasting Notes 2

November 2, 2008 - Garnet with age showing. Indian incense, barnhouse with hints of strawberries and an almost menthol lift. Very dry with dried plums and tree roots. The finish is just too woodsy. Although very bordeaux styled, it could be at most a bordeaux superior. Might be a tad too dry, disjointed and lacks freshness.

August 7, 2007 - Deep ruby red in the glass, with an enticing nose of plums, berries and herbs over leafy and earthy notes. Palate is silky smooth and medium bodied with more sweet dark fruits intermingling with leafy flavours, fine tannins and a smooth, medium length finish. Very enjoyable.
