January 6, 2022 - Hot nose on pop and pour- more alcohol than fruit, but some plum and raspberry on the nose. Then it is full-on with bright red fruits- raspberry especially, and a little menthol and hay. A bit overworked and flabby, I would definitely have this with food. Longish finish.

November 9, 2021 - 88% Syrah, 8% Petite Sirah, and 4% Viognier.
Good fruit; a tad sweet. Could use a bit more acidity. Needs a good quality, slightly fatty burger. 15% ABV.
