July 27, 2020 - Not your typical shiraz...
At 21 years, this wine is still drinking beautifully.
Deep color with minimal signs of aging.
the balance is really nice at this with just enough tannin to keep everything structured. Good acidity, white pepper, long full finish.
No hurry to drink but not going to improve.

February 21, 2004 - Tasting. Ripe, dense fruit aromas. Similarly lush on palate with fat and slightly off centered character. I'd give this a few more years to shed more baby fat.
