May 16, 2021 - Pours a pale light yellow/#ffffde color. There is incredible acidity that's prevalent on the nose, and in the mouth might punch the glands behind your ears. Granny smith apple and lemon zest. The mouthfeel doesn't seem to be as rounded out as I'd expect from barrel fermented full malo but it's a solid SB.
