January 22, 2022 - Pear and apple. Nice layers but not as crisp / mineral driven as I would expect given the stainless. Almost lacks a touch of freshness.

May 28, 2021 - Delicious. Labelled at 12.8% ABV, fresh, yet rounded with a great mid-palate. Quince was what popped into my mind. Subtle floral inner aromas as well.
Rested sur lees, but no ML or oak. -
