March 21, 2023 - In my search for nice wines at twenty bucks, my local wine merchant suggested this. So I bought a bottle. Tonight at dinner I took a sip and thought, “okay, nothing special, but not unpleasant.” But I have created a monster with my wife. She took one sip and told me to get her something good. We ended up drinking a 2018 CdP (Donjon)… young, but wonderful.

February 18, 2023 - garnet hue; diffuse blackberry and forest floor; reserved blackberry and black raspberry notes with dried apricot on a silky chocolate ganache finish.
