September 4, 2022 - Good acidity. Pineapple, Granny Smith apple, with time some nice cheddar cheese notes appear. Some residual sugar, tastes somewhere between dry and semi-sweet. A bit broad, not linear. Very pleasant.

July 24, 2022 - A hint of spritz on opening. Fairly dry, tart, and intense, with flavors of apple and lemon. Some bitterness and complexity. A decent quaffer.
