November 30, 2021 - I don't know why but this wine just does not appeal to me and I usually like a sauvignon blanc. maybe too acidic?
The wine looks light gold colored. -

October 9, 2021 - Pale yellow color. Moderate aromas of banana, vanilla and urea. Dry, light body, crisp acidity, low tannins and good balance. Flavors of green papaya, green apple and lemons. Short finish. Good! Tasted at the winery's tasting room.
