June 15, 2023 - The blend is full bodied with lots of mineralogy, robust enough to hold up against heavier meals.

August 27, 2022 - Hard to find aromatics on the nose lead to a mineral driven in mouth feel. Mostly limestone, chalk, a little bit of under-ripened apricot. Fair amount of acidity which leads to a bitterness on the finish. Just OK.

April 30, 2022 - Light and delicate stone fruit with an intense minerality. in 2022, this bottle needs to open for an hour or so and should be served close to room temperature. Keep it cold and the minerality seems bitter and the fruit cannot express itself. Great with pork and even a steak. It has good body.
