November 7, 2021 - This is a pretty intense Sauvignon Blanc, with fairly high alcohol and a lot of ripe fruit, yet it is not overblown. Very refreshing but not thin or vapid at all, it has real character.

Well, no, it isn't precisely viognier, it is rather a sour richness with mineral notes, like Hugh Johnson's description of an aged grand cru Chablis in the wine atlas of 1980.
