June 25, 2021 - A stunning explosion of flavor on the first sip, a wine that’s vibrant and alive with freshness and complexity. Inky purple in the glass, barnyard on the nose, and an open-knitted, dark fruitiness that’s simultaneously both rustic and sublime. Low-sulphur, native yeasts, and a divine 11.9% ABV conspire in this superb example of minimal-interventionist winemaking.
