December 8, 2021 - Tinge Brownish in color. Nice Tobacco and spice aroma on opening. Cranberry, forest floor and some cherry. There is a bitterness on the roof of my mouth that I would not expect in a PN that doesn’t seem like a usual tannin pucker. Too harsh and begs for food. Tried Mt Tam cheese (nope) and cheddar ( which made it taste like Koolaid) $20 at Costco. Not buying more.
