February 13, 2024 - Gentle smoke and lime/pomelo on the nose, with a well-structured palate that give body but with definition and a beautiful tendon of acidity through it. A really well-balanced and noble expression.

January 26, 2024 - Blind and in a decanter. Slightly smoky reductive nose on pouring. Some confit lemon too. Good acidity with a limey tang and lovely line. Could be very smart Burgundy or something top drawer from the New World. A new one to me but very good indeed.
