July 9, 2021 - Black liquorice, black fruits, some herbal/green notes
    Very good length
Needs more time to settle down. If you’re drinking young, definitely decant

April 13, 2021 - This is young. Translucent burgundy. Bell pepper on the nose with a dash of citrus. Restrained. Herbaceous with a hint of tart cherry. The acidity is good. Hot finish. This is well-made wine. It will be better in a year. Best in two to three years.
