  July 17, 2023 - Overall moderate tannins and smooth with long finish. Dark fruits in nose and on the palate oaky flavors. Better now than a year ago from an earlier bottle.

  September 18, 2021 - Very nice wine. Moderate tannins with good finish. Light fruit notes. Good floral notes on the nose! A very good Malbec!

  May 25, 2021 - Ok, this was much better then last night’s bottle. Not sure if it was the bottles or the situation they were drunk in. Just have to say this seemed better with more texture, depth and fruit. Still not my favorite Malbec ever, but it was paired with grilled horseradish cheddar burgers, and it was a great combo! 👍🏻

  May 24, 2021 - Wow, an interesting Malbec night. Definitely not my favorite Malbec and probably my least favorite Truchard red as well. So, in full transparency, I’m not a huge Malbec fan, but I think Truchard doesn’t make this every year, so it’s sort of a “limited edition”, so I thought I should try it. Oh well, so my other bottle may find itself as a gift. 🤔
