Community Tasting Notes 1

October 19, 2021 - Very ripe. Quite a bit of brett and a bit dirty nose. Lots of alcohol and fruit. Tomato and stewed plum. Hints of malt and hints of cider vinegar. Ripe but simple, at the moment anyway. Very high acid. Unbalanced (?) but fun at this young age. Dirt, screaming acid, fruit and more fruit, alcohol. Vaguely a bit like a sleek but powerful CdP, only with a higher-toned and less rounded feel, and frankly that dirt tastes like a flaw to me.... Stupidly overpriced, and frankly avoid at this price. Worth about 20 Eur. 89+
