  June 21, 2023 - The wine is clear, with pale lemon color, and watery rims.
  
  On the nose, the wine is clean, with medium primary aroma intensity of ripe white fruits, stone fruits, apricot, citrus, lemon, floral, white flowers, herbaceous.
  
  On the palate, the wine feels off-dry (www.weingutwittmann.de saying Dry), with medium plus acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium primary flavor intensity of ripe white fruits, citrus, lemon, ripe grapefruit.
  
  Finish is long, with pronounce green notes.
  
  The wine is of a very good quality, as it is showing great balance between fruit concentration, acidity and minerality.
  It is having excellent length, and complexity.
  
  The wine was fairly shy at time of tasting, not very generous, with noticeable green notes, thus it will definitely benefit from future bottle aging, in order to bring to the front more pronounce primary aromas and flavors, along with the classic tertiary ones.

  May 11, 2023 - Hylleblomst, grønne epler rett fra treet, appelsin, sitrondrops og snev av noe tropisk. En vakker vin i nese og munn. Konsentrert frukt med elegant syrlighet og vibrerende mineralitet. Ettersmaken varer minutter.

  Fruity, yet not sweet, but rather dry. A nice combination, which makes this riesling stick out from the crowd.
  Interesting, but not better than wines from Schäfer Fröhlich.
  I would say drink now, as this tasted great straight from the bottle.
