December 13, 2023 - Decanted for 15 minutes before service. In the glass, clear, deep orange-peach in color. On the nose, the usual astringency of a rose paired with crushed unripe berries. On the palate, while it's by no means sweet, it's sweeter and riper than the aromatics might lead you to expect, combining high-toned astringency with pulses of ripe raspberries and stone fruit. A good match for mango-glazed salmon.

November 12, 2021 - Didn't dig this one. I even paired it with dim sum and Django Reinhardt as the winemaker suggests... I thought the nuttiness was off-putting, it was like a botrytis wine without the sweetness. Not scoring it because it seemed like my bottle may have had a fault. Tried a glass chilled and another at room temp, then poured the rest out.

August 13, 2021 - Served slightly chilled. This is enticing, balanced and delicious with just the right touch of nutty earth over brilliant, robust white fruit. Bravo!
