April 20, 2024 - Black fruit, mild oak, vanilla, pepper, raisin. Decanted for 120 minutes. Strong tannis. Did not soften after 130 minutes. Good with steak.

August 27, 2023 - 90+ minute decant. Medium-deep ruby in colour. Nose of strawberries, red licorice, strawberry rhubarb, lavender, and some black raspberries. On the palate, blackberries, black cherries, and cassis with some hints of black olives are accentuated by its fine grained tannins. Medium-full bodied with a medium+ finish. Served with buffalo burger.

May 22, 2022 - Opens nicely after a few minutes! Deep ruby with a hint of rust, huge floral nose, nice round structure. Soft long finish. Tasted twice .

March 30, 2022 - Very nice, right combination of wood and fruit. Long powerful finish.

October 28, 2021 - With a strong floral character, the perfume also shows hints of cocoa, dark cherry, plum, and licorice notes. Medium-bodied, elegant, lifted, and vibrant, the wine finishes with sweet, fresh cherries along with a serious dose of minerality. Close to 80% of the crop was lost due to issues with mildew during the growing season. But the tiny crop that remained produced a fabulous wine that sells for a song.
