  Reductive, very clear, mineral, some dark notes, high acidity, lean and precise. Only 12,5% abv. 93+

  July 10, 2022 - This was one of the stars of our tasting in my opinion--from magnum. A great asphalt/tar-like minerality was unmistakeable, atop a measured fruity core that proved exceptionally easy to drink. Very solid wine here, and I think it fully justifies its price given the performance. Lovely summer option, but of course this would shine in any season.

  May 7, 2022 - 嗅觉上很透彻，一反之前花果宜人的风格，显得有些严肃，白桃、油桃和葡萄柚等，整合在淡淡的奶油和石灰之中，矿物感很强，贯穿整体，起支撑作用。入口能感受到的内容还不太多，酸度极具穿透力，结构感强，硬朗而凌厉，酸度一直持留舌面和舌底，不断激起生津，花果香和些许新鲜的草本香气较为隐约，像是浮在水中的影子一般弥漫于口腔，收尾依然有一些略带辛辣的草本味。还需要很多时间去打开它。92/100

  Rotten egg reduction that takes awhile to subside. Very austere at the moment on the nose and palate, but starts to open up after two hours of aeration in the glass. Nice intensity of lemon citrus, peach pit, apricot, and dried herbs on the palate. Light in body but impressively structured. The tart acidity is nicely balanced by dry slate minerality over a very long finish. Clearly has a lot hiding right now, if you only have one bottle I'd hold for at least 8-10 years.

  March 1, 2022 - If you have one of these - forget about it for a decade. This is pure unforgiving minerality today and honestly isn't enjoyable to drink, even on day 2. With time, I think the fruit will start to show more instead of hiding in the shadows.
