June 27, 2022 - Un champagne très vineux, axé sur l'acidité et la droiture, la bulle est extrêmement fine, la finale citronné est longue et soutenue. Dans l'immédiat ce n'est pas le champagne le plus complexe, après 3 heures il n'avait pas vraiment évolué au verre mais c'est une superbe bulle de qualité. J'ai bien aimé et ça va très bien vieillir
