December 3, 2023 - Medium Straw colour. Nose is tart and mineral-driven, with notes of petrol, pear, apricot stone and blanched almond. Taste is also very mineral-heavy, with some rounding sweetness. Flavors of of the nose replicated in the taste, while adding some honey and ginger flavours. Light body, acidic, dry with some res. sugar. Very good and fresh Alsatian Pinot Blanc, delivering the expected quality and characters of the region and grape. Not a top wine, but can't say there's anything really wrong either. Good value for price, and a decent amount of life left.

April 8, 2021 - Clean and fresh, still has a high level of free SO2, rather uninspiring in character but a decent white. Might develop when the SO2 binds.
