May 13, 2021 - The wine opens with an aroma of fresh peach and apricot syrup, pineapple, and hints of banana!
In the glass the wine is a pale yellow with good clarity. The palate is light to medium bodied (14% ABV) and bursts of tropical and white fruits that complement the vivid acidity. Fermented in stainless steel this wine pairs well with summer fare including seafood, cheese, and fruit tarts at dessert time.
