August 4, 2023 - I wanted to rate this higher, even though I rarely give out 90s like this anyway. It just needs another year or two. It is great already, but I think it has potential in a year or two to be even better. Had this with a chicken pasta, creamy sauce with a little marinara and some red pepper flakes. This pairing is great because the wine has a little bite on the back end on the middle of the tongue. It should mellow as it ages, but right now, if you want to drink it, drink it with something spicy. It’s great.

December 26, 2022 - Tasted on day 2. Medium ruby color. Floral notes on the nose. Some sweet cherry fruit balanced by firm tannins. Cocoa notes and a hint of sage. The mid palate lifts like a cloud of fruit explosion. Very nice.

August 4, 2022 - Tasted after 30 minutes of air. Medium purple color. Round sweet fruit. Medium plus acid. Good balance. Savory. Some spicy mid palate lift. Very nice.

March 24, 2022 - Popped and poured. Round plum fruit balanced by some firm acidity. Savory notes. Some chocolate notes. Drying tannins. Very nice.
