August 5, 2021 - Not great when first pouring a half glass via Coravin yesterday. Today, opened remainder 90 minutes before drinking but no decant. Noticeable better. Deeper & darker. Much nicer. Recommend decanting or at least giving some good air before drinking in the next year.
