March 24, 2024 - Fairly typical California Chardonnay. Showed as a butter bomb with minimal fruit on opening. Evolved into a more balanced wine with more tropical fruit and lemon emerging and buttery aspect thankfully fading. Has a waxy character in the mouth that is interesting.
