December 2, 2010 - Wine Education Service - Fine Old Bordeaux (Imperial College): Very translucent, red tawny.
Madeirised, vegetal (roasted root vegetables), a very big nose, attractive.
Lovely mouth, delightful cooked fruit, au point.

February 13, 1988 - An easy evening with close friends PdV and FD (@ My place): Smoky oak in the deep and elegant bouquet. No tannin left. Creamy. The acidity is more present than other tastes. Still refined and pleasant drinking, but needs to be drunk now.

May 3, 1987 - Alcohol, vanilla and oak in the bouquet. Spreads through the mouth. The tannin is pleasant and soft. Pleasant acidity. Soft bitterness in the aftertaste. A lot of nuances. Good wine.

December 21, 1985 - Ruby. Light and red fruity bouquet with oak. Soft wine with fresh acidity and no tannin left. Light bodied, but the taste is ok and with some complexity. The aftertaste is medium long. Good wine, which is completely mature or already on its way back.
