Dunkle Früchte, feuchter Waldboden, etwas Tabak mit etwas Luft dominieren die dunklen Beeren.

October 29, 2023 - Day 1: This bottle was showing so well that I did not decant (and I think that was the right choice). Moderate+ aromas of red berries, red fruits, some darker fruits, and earth. Similar concentrated moderate+ flavors and very fresh. Moderate+ complexity. Clean and stable. Really enjoyable now and wonder if there is upside. Although, based on the CT notes there seems to be some bottle variation.
Day 5: color darkened, less vibrant. Bottom 1/5 bottle had lots of sediment. Aged flavors from day 1. Drink this young. -

September 15, 2023 - Very fruit forward expression of Pinot here - lots of juicy red berried fruit with light floral accents, but there's also a slightly sweet and distracting bubblegum-like note here which I'm not a fan of (apparently the style here involves semi-carbonic maceration). Eh.

June 6, 2023 - Day 1: Improved over 1 hour in the decanter. Light-moderate aromas of red fruit. Moderate fresh flavors of red berries, pine, and earth with light tannins on a lingering finish and a hint of alcohol. Moderate complexity. Medium body. Enjoyable now, but very curious to see how this develops. 92+.
