May 25, 2021 - Cork comes out much too easy. Golden color has me a little worried. Definitely some early oxidation. Pretty buttery on entry, with a richness an density to the fruit without the elegance of a higher quality wine. Not sure if the butter notes are oak influenced. For $13 I really can’t complain, but the Winex sales pitch (low intervention, dry farmed, natural practices) does not match the juice. Hal so wonder if the small cork presents an issue.
