March 25, 2023 - Celebrating age (FermentedBeast's Lair): Nose of clean mineral notes, ripe yellow stone fruits and gentle toast.
Flavors of deep yellow fruits with pebbles covered in yeasty notes, and a gentle salinity.
A touch of sweetness is apparent on both the nose and palate. For some reason, still good to "refresh" the palate in between the reds. -

June 1, 2022 - Toasty, with good body, balanced acidity and a hint of sweetness (not sweet, but not dry/austere). Pinot and Meunier flavors are primary over the Chardonnay, and apple comes to the forefront. Excellent value and consistently good.
