January 13, 2023 - Recommended by the Wayne Garcia of Dig Wines to accompany lunch at Piccino. Excellent, bought more and opened that evening to compare with Roche Aux Moines 2019 and Foreau 2012. Stater-West won. Very balanced wine, high acidity but not systematic (less so than Guiberteau or Boudignon e.g.). Evrything is in place, good fruit. Not a bomb, waiting to try the Breze next.
