January 2, 2024 - Tasted over a few days. Initially the nose was closed but the mouthfeel was exceptional : silky juice which coats the mouth with lasting smooth sensations. Zero bitterness yet good structure. Concentrated and centred small ripe berries mid palate.
Over the next few days the nose opened to ripe small berries, crushed raspberries / blueberries. The palate evolved towards more savory notes, dark tea, as if tannins initially exceptionally smooth became a bit more present as the fleshy side of the wine abated. -

April 22, 2023 - Good for morgon. Easy to drink gamay - but didn’t have enough complexity and got still some jalapeno taste from pyrazines. Do note that im extra sensitive to this taste.

May 9, 2022 - Beautiful, complex, and oh so drinkable. It's not a glu-glu wine but, man ! it's easy to drink. This should hold for 10+ years and I would love to see this at 6-7yrs of age.... (but I don't think I will, these are just delicious now).
