  January 12, 2024 - Outstanding bottle, confirms my love for dry, stony, minerally Alsatian Riesling. Peach, pear, spice, crushed stones, excellent body and heft, a fantastic match with pork tenderloin. Best on day 3. What a pleasure to drink. Delicious.

  March 6, 2023 - Straw yellow. Pear, white fruits on the nose. Very big-bodied, mellow and round. Fragments of spice, maybe white pepper. Long aftertaste that lasts. Great wine.

  January 28, 2023 - A very good wine, perhaps not helped by my speculative decision to pair it with a creamy lamb curry. Full and rich, not particularly complex, but lovely to drink.

  October 5, 2022 - That is a full bodied riesling. Quite explosive after one hour of decanting. Sensively dry, thick structure of white spices, light tannins (indeed) and bitter of sugar cane bite. In the core a mature basket of mature pine aplle jam, lime, rhum on brown sugar tile. A hot vintage (regular). Excellent now, could be kept for two years.
